What you see is what you get with this property! Communication was fast and easy and though we brought a lot to keep our little ones entertained, it was nice to have a game shelf in the loft area for the kids! It definitely served our needs. Thank you!

The Burn’s Family Farm is really a great place. This old family house is welcoming to family gatherings and making memories. Our kids and grandchildren enjoyed playing in the big back yard. There is so many places to sit and relax . The kitchen is so nice and comfortable. Our family had a fabulous family time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. What a lovely setting to relax in on a working farm with the animals around. And the remodeled home is gorgeous with a kitchen that is easy to cook in and comfortable beds. We want to return next year!

My family and my sister’s family enjoyed our stayed at the farm house this summer. It was a perfect fit to enjoy family time and to make memories in a peaceful, relaxing setting. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We loved that there were chickens, horses and a cute barn cat on the property. We also loved that the kitchen was big enough to make family meals in with ease. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and the games provided by the property hosts.

Clean and well stocked house, beautifully decorated, plenty of room inside and out. The grandchildren absolutely loved the horses and chickens. Super close to town, but feels remote. Hope to make this a yearly get-together spot for the family.

The farmhouse was terrific in every way – comfortable, close to good restaurants, lots of little amenities, and super clean. The stay was perfect and look forward to staying again next year.
Great location for wine tasting trip. Loved the size and decor of the house. We all want to live in a farm house after our stay.

Couldn’t be happier that we found this gem on VRBO. Our daughter attends William Jewell College and this house is walking distance. Loved the upgrades. Very spacious and well equipped. We will be back!!
This farm house was the perfect place for our family to gather for our son’s wedding, that took place in Kansas City. It is relaxing and very peaceful. The home is beautiful and very well arranged and designed. They had all the kitchen supplies needed to fix meals for our family. They took care In thinking of items visitors may need. The home was very well designed for a large family. Jack is a fantastic host. Cowboy the fat barn cat is the best.

Wow! This home was amazing. My girlfriends and I rent an Airbnb every quarter or so for a girls weekend crafting trip and this home is now our favorite and will make booking future trips easy because we know just where we will stay. The hosts have thought of it all, full kitchen that has all the necessary items, and then some, to cook full meals, bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion, showers were hot, beds comfy and the home was spacious. The property was peaceful and quiet and it was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever rented. Honestly, we all couldn’t say enough good things about our stay because it was just what one hopes it will be but doesn’t expect so we were all pleasantly surprised.

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse. It is spacious, well appointed, and clean. We would definitely be repeat guests when we are next in the KC/Liberty area.
5/5 – THE FARMHOUSE IS SUPER CLEAN AND VERY MODERN WITH ALL THE UPDATES YOU NEED.
This Liberty farmhouse is perfect from the decor, supplies, seating, sleep accommodation, to location. If you are looking for a great relaxing get away this is your place. It has a classic setting but the house is very updated and the owners have taken care to make sure the guest have all the little goodies you need. The kitchen sink dripped but that did not bother us. We had a family Christmas dinner and it was perfect.

My husband and I travelled from Chicago for his Liberty High School Reunion. The Burns farm was the perfect getaway. We love the thoughtful rustic decor, the spaciousness (next time we’re inviting the whole family)the beautiful grounds including barns, chickens and horses. This family has lovingly restored their farmhouse to the last detail. I loved waking up in my cozy room to sounds of rooster’s cuckooing. We’ll be back!
5/5 – GIRLS WEEKEND RETREAT
Several of us girls were due for a gathering, and Burns Farm was the PERFECT place. We were close to the airport, grocery store and coffee shops, but mostly we were outside of town and the distraction that brings. We enjoyed sitting out in the warm autumn sun under the large trees. The renovation on this family farmhouse is exquisite. I hear that Lori was the designer of the reno (…eh hem, thanks Jack) and she did an outstanding job. The open kitchen was very well appointed and easy to prepare all our meals in. We enjoyed being able to all gather around the dining room table to eat. The living room was the perfect place to gather at night in our jammies and reconnect with each other and encourage each other in the season of life we have found ourselves in. We have already talked about Burns Farm being our yearly gathering place. Just perfect.

We had a great experience staying here last weekend. Plenty of room inside for my children and grandchildren to play and sleep. Lots of games to keep them busy. Outside was beautiful. Lots of open space to relax and watch the sunsets. We enjoyed being close to downtown Liberty to shop and visit William Jewel.

This home is the perfect place for a getaway! From the picturesque setting with the barn and the beautiful details inside of the house, I fell in love with the place within minutes of arriving. We had plenty of room for 5 women to have space to sleep and we all enjoyed the classic decor with the fully updated and functionality of the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we are already planning our next visit!!!
